The mission of the Technical Control and Maintenance Service is to ensure the management, operation and technical supervision of equipment and materials and to take all necessary control measures to protect the structures and assets in the complex:

• Development and/or construction projects of complex buildings and supervision of their execution;
• Develop plans and protocols for the use of complex equipment and materials and oversee their implementation.
• Organize comprehensive management of water and electricity consumption;
• Review and inventory the equipment and technical materials of the complex.
