Sumer Rules

Dear guest,

You have just expressed your trust in us by choosing the Moulay Rachid Youth and Children’s Complex in Bouznika. Our goal is to provide you with a first-class accommodation experience. To achieve this, we have established the following rules, which we ask you to abide by before and during your stay.

Booking and stay

The reservation becomes effective once the customer transfers the entire cost of his or her stay to the hotel.

Customers are not entitled to stay in the hotel beyond the stay period specified by the hotel.

Capacity

When booking, you must pay attention to the number of people staying overnight; this must be adhered to (5 to 6 people per cabin, 4 to 5 people per studio). If the number of people exceeds the stated limit, the facility reserves the right to refuse additional people.

In no event shall such refusal be deemed to modify or terminate the stay. Therefore, if a customer leaves with more than this amount, a refund cannot be considered.

Cancel Order

In case of cancellation, the customer must notify hotel management by phone, fax or email at least one week before the reservation date.

Arrive

Arrival time at the resort must be between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM. In case of late or late arrival, the beneficiary must notify the complex management by 5:00 PM.

Upon arrival, the beneficiary must complete and submit to the administration an information document containing all details of the client’s identity.

Vacationers belonging to a foundation or other organization must present their identity card, membership card and admission voucher to the foundation to the management.

Private persons are required to present a copy of their ID card (to be collected after checking the check-in venue on the day of check-out).

On arrival and departure, each resident of the accommodation must take an inventory of the equipment and furniture provided. Any anomalies discovered during the inventory must be reported in an appropriate form. No claims will be entertained thereafter and the tenant will be responsible for any damaged, broken or missing items.

Under no circumstances are items allowed to be brought, moved or used outside the designated apartment.

Stay

Customers must respect the peace and quiet of the premises and use it as intended. Only persons with reservations are allowed access to the website.

Departures

On the last day, cabins/studio apartments must be vacated by 10:00 AM. If this time is exceeded, an additional night will be charged. The Client undertakes to return the chalet/studio in good condition at the end of the stay and to leave all belongings inside.

Visits

Visiting is allowed from 7:00 pm to midnight.

Visitors are not allowed to stay overnight or enter the swimming pool.

Residents must notify management if they receive overnight visitors who are not allowed to stay overnight under any circumstances. Management is not responsible for any issues that may arise with persons not listed on the accommodation reservation.

Pools Timestamp

The swimming pool is open from July 1st to September 5th.

Whether in pre-season or post-season, compliance with the rules is the responsibility of management, who may decide to temporarily ban or close the pool if violations are discovered.

Swimming Pool Security

Children under ten years old are not accompanied by an adult at the beach, swimming pool, shower or toilet, ensuring effective and constant supervision.

People with suspicious skin lesions, no non-infectious medical evidence and no contraindications to bathing or swimming.

People under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Animals, even on leashes;

Only vacationers are allowed to use the swimming pool.

Behavior in the Swimming Pool

Customers must behave responsibly and civilly and avoid any ambiguity that may disturb calm and good manners. You should use gentle language toward other users, employees, or collaborators. Exclusions are targeted at people who make sexist, inappropriate, racist or religious comments.

Customers must avoid any waste of water.

Around the pool, employees and staff are responsible for making all decisions to ensure safety and order and can exclude anyone who does not follow these rules.

Generally speaking, the management of the complex will ultimately take all necessary decisions to restore normal conditions.

Cases of permanent ban

Pool area rules and regulations include the following:

Remain in the pool area outside of opening hours.

Non-swimmers are allowed in the main pool (only staff have the authority to assess swimming skills).

Smoking in the pool area.

Spit, pee, throw away paper, chew gum, eat and drink.

Pushing, running, violent games, playing with a ball.

Diving and dangerous jumps.

Practice static and dynamic apnea.

Simulates drowning, resulting in immediate and permanent expulsion.

Use buoys, boards, boats or inflatable structures.

Use any equipment or device that may endanger the safety and security of other users.

Possession and consumption of alcohol and/or other substances prohibited by law.

Holding sharp, cutting or sharp objects.

Possession of a blunt object (stick, baseball bat, etc.).

Swim without a lifeguard.

Swim in the pool and wear sunscreen all over your body.

Bring food or treats to the pool area.

Climb over fences and partitions of any kind.

Dress Code

Persons wearing street shoes and/or not wearing swimming suits are not allowed in the swimming pool. Swimming suits are required to enter the pool area. Women must wear “burkini” swimsuits of “one or two piece size”. No baggy boxer shorts, bermuda shorts or baggy shorts are allowed. In large swimming pools, it is recommended to wear a swimming cap, otherwise long hair must be tied back as much as possible. Diving equipment (wetsuits, masks, fins, snorkels, tanks) is not allowed. Swimming goggles are allowed. Nudity is prohibited and failure to do so will be reported to the appropriate authorities. Legal proceedings may be initiated.

Responsibilities

The competent authority does not accept civil liability for any incident or accident resulting from failure to comply with these regulations. The user is financially responsible for any damage to the system and equipment.

Management reserves the right to call the police if a person’s behavior poses a danger to other users, staff or themselves.

Garden

Free parking is available on site (one car per accommodation). Despite all security measures in place, we accept no responsibility for theft or damage to vehicles parked on our premises

Noise

One must take care not to cause a nuisance or disturbance to neighbors in common areas (outdoor areas, swimming pools, etc.) as well as within their accommodation and outbuildings. And day and night. Any behavior that does not respect good morals and behaviors will be sanctioned, up to and including the final revocation of the right to remain in the center

Health and Safety

We are responsible for any damage caused by customers to their accommodation or items stolen from the building before or after your departure.

Do not dispose of trash bags in stairwells or pour trash into sinks, bathtubs, toilets or pipes. All trash must be placed in trash bags and dumped into bins.

Complex administrative staff must have ready access to the cabin/studio in the event of emergency repairs.

Safety:

Children alone are responsible for their parents.

Customers will avoid any actions that may endanger the safety of property and personnel. It is prohibited to light candles or other flame-based systems and to use barbecue facilities inside the hotel or on the terrace.

If a fire occurs, beneficiaries must notify building management and staff immediately.

If necessary, provide a fire extinguisher.

Theft

The management of the complex will not be liable under any circumstances for loss, theft, missing or damage to the property or clothing of the beneficiary.

Animals

It is strictly prohibited to bring animals into the park.

Play Rules

No violent or destructive play is allowed near the facilities and technical rooms.

Complying with the provisions of these rules requires everyone to take responsibility. It was enacted to promote coexistence conducive to harmony and tranquility.

Any violation or breach of these rules will result in legal proceedings under applicable law, which may result in the eviction of the resident.
