Program and Advertising Department Responsibilities

The mission of the Planning and Promotion Department is to ensure the preservation, promotion, optimal operation and rational planning of the activities supported by the complex, as well as the revision of prices for services provided by the complex.

  • Identifies research needs; studies, audits, diagnostics, training and other interventions required for the development of complex activities, documents and makes recommendations to complex management;
  • Ensure implementation of action plans assigned to the complex and monitor objectives and results;
  • Predict the different possibilities associated with the different tasks assigned to the complex.
  • Manage, manage and direct the human resources of the complex;
  • Promote quality management of the complex and participate in the dissemination of good practice.
